Une très bonne série, pourvu que cela continue…

Tout joueur de poker a connu, connaît et connaîtra de longues phases de malchance, mais aussi des phases de réussite dont il faut profiter au mieux. Depuis une dizaine de jours, je suis dans une phase de réussite qui me permet de réaliser mes meilleurs résultats en tournois.

ETAPE 1 : 10 rebuys du 11 novembre

Tout à commencé le 11 novembre sur un 10 avec rebuys.
Sans avoir besoin de rebuyer, je monte un tapis confortable à plus de 15 000 chips, quand arrive le coup suivant :

Il me reste 552 chips sur des blinds de 100-200. Ca semble fini pour moi. Mais non !!!

La main d’après, je double avec A9 qui trouve un A au turn

3 mains plus tard, je redouble avec Ac 5c qui trouve couleur. Je remonte à 3708 chips

Je redouble enfin quelques mains plus tard, avec As Ts qui tient face à Qd Th de mon adversaire. J ai alors 5965 chips, pas de quoi pavoiser, mais de quoi jouer un peu plus longtemps…

Plus tard (main 162) sur des blinds 300-600 ante 50, j ai As 5c au BB. Personne ne relance, je check.
Le flop vient [7d 5d 6s]
Un adversaire se met tapis. Je trouve cela louche, d autant que j ai remarqué que cet adversaire n arrive pas à lâcher AK ou AQ. Je call et bingo il a Ac Qs. Ma paire de 5 tient bon et je me retrouve avec 17 700 chips, légèrement en dessous de la moyenne

Je n’ai pas besoin de longtemps pour à nouveau doubler. En effet main 167 :

Un peu frustré sur ce dernier coup, mal joué de ma part… Mais bon, mon inexpérience sur des tables finales pour des tournois de cet enjeu a joué contre moi…
Je me console avec les 1 946 dollars de la 6ème place !!

ETAPE 2 : tentative pour Monte Carlo et 10 rebuys du 12 novembre

Sur la confiance de mon résultat de la veille, je m’inscris d’abord à un satellite à 10 dollars pour gagner un ticket pour le tournoi à 650 dollars qualificatif pour la finale de l’EPT à Monaco. Je gagne ce ticket au bout de 3 heures de poker sérieux.

Je décide de le jouer l’après midi même. Je m’inscris parallèlement à un autre tournoi 10 avec rebuys.

Le satellite pour Monaco se passe bien. En particulier, j’ai l’impression de toucher mon brelan au flop à chaque fois que j ai une PP en main !!! Ce n’est pas à chaque fois, mais en tout cas suffisamment pour grossir mon tapis.
Je me retrouve en table finale. Plus que 8 joueurs, puis 7, 6, 5, 4…
Il y a deux joueurs avec un gros tapis, et moi et le 4ème joueur loin derrière. Mais j ai tellement confiance en moi que j’espère encore remonter… Malheureusement je trouve AQ et un des deux gros tapis call ma relance. Le flop vient Q33. Ca sent bon pour moi. Mon adversaire check, je bet, il raise en me mettant tapis… je call mais il montre A3 et je suis sorti… Ma 4ème place me permet quand même de récupérer 650 dollars. EN fin de compte, j ai changé 31$ (prix du satellite du matin avec rebuys) en 650$, l’op´ration est bonne quand même.

A peine le temps de me remettre de ma déception que je me replonge dans le 10 rebuys où je suis en bonne position.

On est déjà au blindes 1000 2000 et j ai 27 000 de tapis quand vient la main suivante :
